The evening begins with champagne, oysters and a seasonal crostini in our greenhouse at Maison Mon Louis before moving to an intimate, thoughtfully styled bayside table for a multi-course dinner, curated cocktail, and a glass of the featured wine of the evening - “House of Mustaine Vernaccia”. Every element from the menu and tablescape to the dress and atmosphere has been intentionally considered to create an experience that feels moody, romantic, refined and a little unexpected.
This is more than dinner. It’s an evening designed around the belief that the table itself can be the main event, a place for beautiful food, inspired design and meaningful connection.

Join us for our 28th supper: When the Roux Turns Dark, an intimate five-course Cajun autumn supper inspired by the deep, soulful flavors of cajun cuisine as the season changes.
There’s something about fall that calls for a darker roux, a slower simmer, and a cozy table. When the Roux Turns Dark is our take on Cajun cooking in autumn, warm spices, rich sauces, Gulf ingredients, and the comforting flavors that feel right at home as the evenings grow cooler.
Join us around the table for five courses rooted in Cajun tradition, reimagined through the seasons and served the Mon Louis Supper Club way.
